Waynes reserve side came from a goal down today against Merley Cobham Sports to seal all three points,Gary Bowles scored all three of Sherbornes goals in a 3-2 victory, the last being from the penalty spot in injury time.

Tonights Toolstation Western League fixture against Ilfracombe finished in an entertaining 2-2 draw after the Zebras had found themselves 2-0 down soon after half time thanks to goals from Ilfracombes S Paxton and M Clunie,Sherborne got themselves back into the game following a penalty awarded for handball which Marc Caines slotted home and substitute Steve Friend who got on the end of a Gary Bowles cross to head home.

Whilst our reserves fixtures continue into May, our first team complete their home fixtures this week with games against Ilfracombe on Wednesday night at 730 and then welcome local rivals Gillingham to Raleigh Grove on Good Friday in a 3pm kick off.

Three goals in four second half minutes from Gary Bowles,Man of the Match Lewis Morgan and Haydn Binding gave The Zebras a 3-0 win at Hallen this afternoon a result  that sees the team on a run of 5 straight wins and lifts then up to ninth place in the league table.
